How to Create and Apply Exhibitor Adornments | GoExpo

Adornments are visual icons used to highlight specific exhibitors on your platform. Follow these three steps to set them up and apply them.

1. Upload an Adornment Image in Setup > Preferences:

  1. In Setup Preferences Exhibitor, locate the option for Adornments and select New Entry
  2. Enter a Name for the Adornment (e.g. "Featured Exhibitor")
  3. Upload a 16 px by 16 px image file into the Image field
  4. Check the Hide Legend box if you do not want the adornment info to be shown in the Exhibitor List Icon Legend. Otherwise, leave this box unchecked.
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the Exhibitor tab

 

2. Create the Adornment Item in Setup > Upgrades:

  1. Create an upgrade package in Setup Upgrade Packages
  2. Add all relevant information to the Upgrade Package options, including name, description, price (if applicable), etc.
  3. In the Items selection field, click New Entry and choose your adornment item from the drop-down selection (e.g. "Adornment: Featured Exhibitor")
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to save the new adornment item

3. Apply an Adornment to an Exhibitor's Account:

  1. Click Edit on the exhibitor whom you'd like to apply the adornment to
  2. Under Other Actions, click on Main Order
  3. Add the adornment item to their Main Order
    1. Click on Item and select the adornment from the dropdown
    2. Enter a quantity of 1
    3. Click Save to save the item in the exhibitor's main order
