Booth Space Form Settings
In your event's dashboard:
- In the navigation menu, hover over Setup and select Forms.

Select Settings for the Custom form where you would like to update settings.
All setting fields are defined below:
Status - Enabled or Disabled
- Enabled - Form is available for users to fill out..
- Disabled - No additional submissions are allowed, but users can still view their previous submissions.

Email Notification To - If specified, an email will be sent to these email addresses whenever there is a new or updated form submission. Separate email addresses with a new line, semicolon, or comma.

Confirmation HTML - The message that is displayed to the user after the form has been submitted.

Confirmation URL - The page that the submitter will be redirected to 10 seconds after the message is finished displaying. If you do not enter a URL here, it will redirect the submitter to the login page for the Forms site.
Fields Email To - If specified and there is a Pending campaign for the submission of this form, an email will be sent to the email addresses entered in these fields.
- The field must be moved to the column on the right, by clicking the field in the box on the left and selecting Add.

Heading - The headings that are displayed in the list of form entries.

Upgrade Packages - This gives the user filling out the form the option to select an upgrade.
- Upgrades must already be added to the system. Please see this article on how to add Upgrade Packages.
- To add a package, select New Upgrade Package, then select the desired package from the dropdown menu. Select Save.

Accessible To - A dropdown selection of Only Exhibitors or Everyone.

Prevent Duplicate Submissions -If enabled, a user with an existing submission will be automatically directed to their existing submission instead of receiving a prompt to start a new one.

Allowed Mailed Payments - If checked, the user can print an invoice and pay by mailing a check to Event Management.

Allow Online Payments -If checked, the user can pay online using a credit card.

Logout After Submit -If checked, the user will be logged out after a form submission
After Error-Free Submission- A dropdown selection of Assign Exhibitor to Booth and Use Auto Pricing, Assign Exhibitor to Booth and Use Manual Pricing, Reserve Booth, and Do Nothing.
- When Auto Pricing is selected and the Booth changes, the system will automatically recalculate the pricing using the complete list of applicable Booth Upgrades.
- Manual Pricing considers only the Booth Upgrades associated with this form.
After Purchase - A dropdown selection of Assign Exhibitor to Booth and Use Auto Pricing, Assign Exhibitor to Booth and Use Manual Pricing, Reserve Booth, and Do Nothing.
- This action is only taken when the booth is included in the order.

Reservation Expires In - A value in minutes that is used if this form reserves a booth. If filled in, this value will override the Default Expiration Days for Booth Reservation preference.

Extend Reservation Pending Payment - A time specified in minutes that will extend a reservation by this amount when payment is pending or a mailed check is selected as payment.

Import Rules - This pulls information from the Exhibitor Form and pre-populates it in the specified fields in the Booth Space Form. You must specify what fields correspond with each other.

Export Rules - This pulls information from the Booth Space Form and pushes it to the Exhibitor Form. You must specify what fields correspond with each other.

Cumulative Invoicing - When checked, an exhibitor's main orders will be included in the cart generated when completing this form.
- Max Booths - The maximum total number of Booths that an exhibitor can reserve.

Submit Caption - If specified, it will replace the default label of "Submit" on the submit button.

U[pdate Cart Caption - If specified, it will replace the default label of "Update Cart/Checkout" on the update cart button.

Payment Due Now Caption -If specified, it will replace the text of "Payment Due Now" on the cart/invoice.
